Litigation

We assist clients at every stage of insurance litigation, including the preliminary stage of compulsory mediation. We represent the company in actions brought by the insured for nonpayment of indemnity, in liability disputes in which the insurance company is sued by its insured, and in actions for recourse brought by the company against liable third parties. 

On behalf of the company, we directly assume the defence of liability insurance policyholders who are sued by an injured party.

Finally, we handle disputes between companies and intermediaries over the revocation of mandates or the quantification of end-of-contract compensation.
