Administrative liability of entities (231) and whistleblowing

We support clients on compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 and the new European Sustainability Report.

We conduct a preliminary analysis of the company and the risks associated with its activities; we prepare the code of ethics, the organisational model and every document necessary for the implementation of this source of control, including procedures for handling whistleblowing.

We also provide expert advice in the subsequent implementation phase of organisational models; we take care of training and updating of models already in use, in response to regulatory and company developments.

We have consolidated experience as members of monocratic and collegial supervisory bodies of various companies, including those in which the public administration has an interest.

We also advise public bodies and public-controlled companies on anti-corruption matters.

We deal with whistleblowing procedures and regularly handle reports under the relevant legislation.
