In liability and all risks policies, we directly assist the insured party in handling the claim on behalf of the companies.

We undertake both in-depth revisions of the text of entire policies, optimising them for maximum clarity and comprehensibility, and transpositions of foreign policies, which we adapt to the complexities of Italian law.
